COVID-19 crisis resources from the National Consumer Law Center

Monday,

The National Consumer Law Center, a major publisher of consumer legal publications, has made the first chapter of each of its consumer law treatises available for free. In addition, full access to the digital version of NCLC’s treatise Surviving Debt is available free of charge.

A regularly-updated article, "Major Consumer Protections Announced in Response to COVID-19" lists the actions by federal and specific state agencies to aid consumers and how consumers can benefit from them. These actions include suspensions on foreclosures and evictions and elimination of interest on student loan payments.
