UPDATE February 1, 2019:  Law Journal Press eBooks are no longer available through Hennepin County Law Library.

Access eBooks from Law Journal Press (LJP) through the Hennepin County Law Library website!

Remote access is now available to subscribing law firms with fewer than 50 attorneys. Anyone may access the eBooks while in the law library, and print subscriptions to these titles will continue.

Sixty titles are available, including:

  • Class Actions: The Law of 50 States by Thomas A. Dickerson
  • Lender Liability and Banking Litigation by Edward F. Mannino
  • Negotiated Acquisitions of Companies by Lou R. King and Eileen T. Nugent
  • RICO: Civil and Criminal Law and Strategy by Hon. Jed S. Rakoff and Howard W. Goldstein

There is no time limit on access to these titles, and there is no limit on the number of titles a subscriber can access at a time. Once logged in, subscribers can print or download sections.
